Luda Konshin, Chef/Owner
Luda has been cooking since she was a child. She has worked as chef and assistant chef on exclusive cruise ships and
charter boats in Alaska. Luda has developed an excellent reputation in the places she has lived by providing donations of
gourmet meals to groups and organizations during their fund raising efforts. Her meal events have always fetched large monetary
donations. Luda is also very interested in whole, organic foods and is passionate about helping people learn about the
foods they eat and how they can affect your health and well being. Schedule an appointment today to have wholesome meals

Ben Rossa, Manager
Ben comes to Art la Table with a great deal of food service experience, both in the Northeast and the Pacific Northwest. He
will be joining us in the Spring of 2008. Stay tuned! Ben enjoys preparing "supper club" fare, vegetarian and vegan
dishes, and loves making soups. He is very excited to share his ideas and recipes with Austin!
Malachi Edward, Apprentice
Malachi is 14 years old, and has wanted to be a chef for as long as he can remember. He joined the Art la Table team in February
