Hummus
A Middle-Eastern treat made with a puree of garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon, and other top quality ingredients. Enjoy this
spread on sandwiches, crudites, or as an hor d'oeuvre served with pita bread. Available in 8 and 16 oz containers.

Tapenade
This specialty comes from Provence in the South of France. Made with olives, garlic, anchovy and other fresh flavors, and
makes a delicious addition to your table. Serve it with bread, crackers, or even tossed with pasta! Available 8 oz containers.
Preserved Lemons
Preserved Lemons are a specialty item from Morocco. Made with organic, unwaxed, locally grown (Texas) regular and Meyers lemons
preserved in imported french salt. This wonderful item is highly addictive once you have tried it. Use the fruit pulp and
skin (not the pith!) in traditional tangines, minced and tossed with pasta, on roast chicken or fish, to season olives, in
salads and salad dressing, you will find excuses to use it!!! Available in two and four lemons per jar.
